a driving force
Admittedly, this site is not very attractive, but it meant the world to Miss Cecelia, the Founder/President. This organization had no funds. Cecelia has such a heart for this cause. Her son is serving a 40-year sentence. She has seen, firsthand, how families are torn apart and is doing everything she can to help. She was so grateful for this website and the brochures. This work was also pro bono.
