Heather & Tony’s story was related to me by a project manager. Just a general outline and a few key pieces of information were provided to me. I wrote the entire site from Heather’s perspective. I was afraid that she would not be happy with the writing, as her story is so personal. She called in tears to thank us. It was a huge relief.
