I wrote unusual, yet fact-filled employment ads to entice fresh talent to apply. The objective was to weed out people who would not fit the culture of the company. If they did not understand the humor, they probably wouldn’t get along too well in the office.

One of the best employees ever hired at the agency said that upon seeing one of our ads, he declined another job offer, just on the off-chance that he could get an interview with our company.
